Smith Park and Campground              link to Park

Smith Park is located eight miles north of Watkins Glen, NY, on the east side of Seneca Lake. It has been developed in a pleasant natural setting along the shore of the lake. Located on Smith-Bond Road and Peach Orchard Point Road, on Route 414 in West Hector, 5640 State Route 414, P.O. Box 73 Hector, NY 14841-0073, phone 607-546-9911 or 607-546-4467. This is a community waterfront park with camping and picnicking facilities, a boat launch, swimming beach, and showers.  It is open seasonally from the first weekend in May thru the last weekend of September. 

Camping is available on a daily, weekly, multi-week, or seasonal basis for various sites.  Call for updated rates. Available with or w/o electric. Shower & toilet facilities onsite.

Picnic on the beach, in the pavilion or designated area. there is a small fee for reserving the pavilion.

Swimming is also available from late June thru Labor Day. 

Launch your boat for a nominal fee. (No charge for registered campers)

Hike along the nature trails.

Visit the many nearby attractions and tour the local wineries. Come and enjoy one of America's most scenic areas!
